- Mandatory experience in Non-QM Underwriting Key Responsibilities - Perform credit risk assessment using the 4Cs of Credit
- Calculate income for Salaried and Self-Employed borrowers
- Underwrite Bank Statement and Full Documentation loans
- Evaluate loan eligibility and structure mortgage transactions
- Review appraisal reports, title documents, lien positions, and ownership documents
- Make underwriting decisions based on investor guidelines
- Work on Encompass LOS
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely loan processing Required Skills - Non-QM Mortgage Underwriting (Mandatory)
