We are hiring enthusiastic fresh graduates for our US Healthcare AR Calling process in Hyderabad.

JD

- Contact insurance companies in the US for claims status
- Take appropriate action on claims to guarantee resolution.
- Ensure accurate and timely follow-up where required.
- To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging bucket.
- Responsible for working on Denials & Rejections.
- Resolve payment issues by Identifying, correcting the billing errors & resubmitting it to the insurance companies.

Responsibilities:
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly production & quality as per project Timelines.
- Responsible for follow up with the Insurance companies on outstanding accounts receivable on behalf of doctors/physicians.
- Ensure Production and Quality targets are met daily.

What we need:
- Must be a Graduate (Recent pass-outs preferred).
- Excellent English Communication skills (read and write).
- Knowledge of Excel is mandatory.
- Willingness to work in Night shifts.
- Strictly Work from Office
- Immediate Joiners preferred
