The Role Summary The Revenue Head - IIFA is a Senior Leadership role responsible for building and scaling the IIFA brand from India, while working across select host countries to drive brand consistency, business expansion, revenue growth, partnerships and new IP growth.

Engine of Growth: Architect, pitch, and secure high-value title and category sponsorships to directly drive the primary multi-million dollar revenue stream of the global IIFA portfolio.

Pipeline Champion: Actively hunt, negotiate, and close complex, cross-border commercial alliances with Fortune brands and CXOs, converting brand vision into measurable annual growth.

Monetisation Strategist: Innovate new commercial inventory across broadcast, digital, and experiential media, transforming every aspect of the IIFA awards into high-margin monetization channels.

The role will act as a central custodian of IIFA, and the India based IIFA teams across project, digital, PR, Sales & Marketing and industry relations, while accelerating IIFA’s evolution beyond an awards ceremony event into a year-round multiplatform cultural institution.

A key mandate of this role is to take over day-to-day India management and brand execution, enabling senior leadership to focus on global vision, expansion, diplomacy, investment and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities 1. Brand leadership & custodianship a. Manage the IIFA brand narrative, positioning,



and tone across India and global markets.

b. Ensure brand consistency and develop brand book for all IIFA properties and projetcs.

c. Translate IIFA’s vision into clear brand content pillars and execution plans.

2. Business Expansion & collaborations

- Drive brand led business growth through, strategic collaborations, industry partnerships, cultural and content alliances, media & platform tie-ups.
- Identify and incubate new brand extensions and IP opportunities aligned with the ethos and DNA of IIFA.
- Support host countries and the project team.
- Leverage the brand beyond the event with year-round engagement, visibility and impact in India.

3. New Brand extensions

- Launch and management overall of IIFA Connex and IIFA The Green Room podcast.

4. India Operations & team leadership

- Digital and social media
- Projects and planning
- Sales & marketing
- Industry relations
- PR
- Ensure alignment, accountability and performance across all departments.
- Set KPI’s, workflows and direct reporting structures & processes to improve productivity
- and efficiency.

5. Brand partnerships & Sponsorship Integration

- Oversee brand-first partnership strategy in collaboration with sales team.
- Ideas and development of revenue generation and increase.
- Ensure sponsors are being integrated organically with new ideas,



use of technology and creativity across IIFA ecosystem.
- Support to build high value, multi-year, long term brand relationships rather than one off transactions.

6. Host destination & global coordination

- Work closely with host country teams and governments for brand alignment, efficient execution of IIFA events, support localisation, drive destination storytelling and cultural positioning.
- Act as the bridge between India and host destination.

7. Strategic planning & reporting

- Prepare brand decks, narratives and appropriate documentation.
- Annual brand roadmap for India.
- Growth & impact reports across the core team departments.
- Providing regular updates to senior leadership overall.

Skills & Experience required

- 12-15 years of experience in brand leadership, media, entertainment, events and cultural Ips.
- Proven experience managing and working with large, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of:
- Entertainment and content
- Brand partnerships and sponsorship
- Digital and tech-first brand building
- Strategic thinker with hands on execution ability.
- People skills and relationship/stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with national and international markets, governments and/or global brands is a strong plus.
