One of our D2C portfolio companies has a vision to build one of India's most enduring skincare brands, and they are now looking to hire their first Head of Influencer Marketing to report directly to the Founder and drive all Influencer engagement activity.

Responsibilities

- Lead influencer marketing end-to-end: nano → top-tier creators across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Snap

- Leverage robust relationships across the India influencer ecosystem

- Build performance-driven creator campaigns tied to conversion, CAC & ROAS

- Scale UGC, seeding, affiliate and paid creator programd

- Work closely with growth & performance teams

Qualifications

- At least 4 to 6 years of marketing experience, ideally all in digital marketing experience

- Experience in D2C is preferred - from a Makeup/Beauty brand would be even better

- Deeply connected in India influencer circles

- Experience running both always-on nano programs and large campaigns

- Strong understanding of performance & conversion marketing

- Data-driven, commercial, and D2C-native
