RHEWUM India is the subsidiary of RHEWUM GmbH, a German engineering company specialising in high-precision screening and separation machinery. Our India operations combine manufacturing with active international trade - importing key components/technology and serving customers across markets. We run a lean, high-ownership team.

We are looking for a hands-on Finance Head to own the complete finance and commercial function while leading a small team. This role suits a finance professional in the mid stage of their career who enjoys getting into the details and growing with the business, rather than managing only from the top.

Position Snapshot

Designation - Finance Head

Reports To - Managing Director / Group CFO

Location - Hennur, Bangalore

Experience - 6-12 years, preferably in manufacturing

Qualification - CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com (CMA preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Finance, Accounting & Costing

· Manage the complete accounting cycle - ledgers, reconciliations, and month/year-end closing.

· Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, and management reports (including for the parent company).

· Manage budgets, cash flow, working capital, and capex tracking.

Inventory & Commercial Operations

· Handle procurement/purchase documentation, vendor management, invoicing, and contracts.

· Liaise with banks, customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and CHAs.

Import & Export / Foreign Transactions





· Manage import of components/machinery and export documentation (LC, Bills of Lading, Bills of Entry, shipping docs).

· Handle foreign remittances, coordinate with banks (AD code, FIRC, BRC, EDPMS/IDPMS), and support intercompany transactions with RHEWUM GmbH.

· Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, DGFT, and customs regulations; manage applicable export incentives.

Candidate Profile

· 6-12 years of relevant experience in finance, accounts, costing, and commercial operations, preferably in a manufacturing company engaged in international trade.

· Hands-on experience with product costing, inventory control, and import/export transactions is essential.

· Robust working knowledge of ERP/accounting software (SAP / Tally / equivalent) and advanced MS Excel.

· Sound understanding of Indian taxation and FEMA/RBI/DGFT regulations.

· Ability to run the full function independently, with minimal supervision.
