The role Early-stage B2B founders (Stitchflow's customers) have to do marketing before they can afford anyone good at it.
Their options are bad: hire a senior marketer they can't yet justify, or hand it to an agency that's expensive, formulaic, slow, and never learns enough about the business to have a real opinion. Mokita by Stitchflow is their best option; an AI-native marketing team delivering world-class outcomes for B2B founders. In this role, you will build systems and generate assets for various B2B marketing channels for our customers.
What you'll do You'll rotate across our marketing workstreams — outbound and ABM, thought leadership, website and SEO, content, marketing ops — owning execution in each before you go deep in one. Day to day, that means: Research. Dig into a customer's market, competitors, and buyers. Study what the best B2B companies are doing in a channel and bring back what we should copy and what we should avoid. Build and run the work.
Depending on the workstream: build target account lists, write outbound sequences, draft blog posts and LinkedIn content, ship landing pages, set up tracking and dashboards. Develop AI workflows. Take something that costs you three hours, turn it into a system that costs twenty minutes, and document it so the rest of the team can run it too.
This is a core part of the job, not a side project. Report to customers. Prepare the plan up front, then the progress and results: what shipped, what it produced, what we'd change next. Collaborate. Work alongside your workstream owner, design, WebOps, and the other GTM engineers — and sit in on customer calls early.
Strategy and final review sit with your workstream owner. The execution, and the thinking behind it, is yours. Ideal candidate You've built something and put it in front of real people. A product with actual users, a community you grew,
a hackathon project you shipped in 36 hours, a small business you ran, an automation that saved someone real time.
We want to see initiative that predates us paying you for it. This matters more to us than your CGPA or your resume format. You use AI as a power tool, not a crutch. You've automated something tedious, built something you couldn't have built alone, and you know where the output stops being trustworthy.
You're analytical. You reach for the number before the adjective. You can look at a campaign and say why it worked. You want to be in marketing. Not "open to it." You find distribution genuinely interesting.
You can write and you can argue. Clear written English is non-negotiable — most of our output is words. So is the ability to define an approach, present it, and hold your ground when it's questioned. Graduating in 2026 or recently graduated.
Any degree. Engineering, commerce, design, literature. What you'll get at Stitchflow Competitive pay and advantages. We pay above the market for this level, because we expect more than the market does: real ownership early, and the judgment to go with it.
Training and professional development. Structured rotation, a workstream owner invested in your development, and reviews designed to teach rather than approve. Direct feedback from founders. Build and ship with the latest and greatest AI tooling, so you are on the cutting edge of AI building.
Direct exposure to customers. You'll work on — and eventually in front of — venture-backed B2B companies in the US market. Very few entry-level marketing roles in India put you in that room in year one.
A real growth path. Generalist to specialist to workstream owner. We're building the team we'll be running in a few years, and we'd rather promote than recruit.
