The Design Zen is a premium interior materials studio working with designers, architects, and homeowners across Mumbai. We're looking for someone versatile half founder's-office right hand, half social media storyteller to work closely with the founders and help shape how TDZ (and its founder) shows up, both behind the scenes and online. What you'll be doing:
Founder's Office
Supporting the founders with day-to-day priorities, follow-ups, and coordination across the studio
Helping organize and track projects, meetings, and key relationships
Jumping into whatever the week needs research, documentation, vendor or client coordination
Bringing structure and proactive thinking, not just executing instructions Social Media:
Managing content and posting for TDZ's business Instagram and the founder's personal page
Shooting and editing photos/videos on a phone Reels, studio moments, project shoots
Designing posts, Stories, and creatives on Canva
Planning content calendars, captions, and overall execution in TDZ's warm, editorial voice
Turning studio moments and founder POVs into content that feels personal, not salesy
Keeping an eye on engagement and consistency across both handles Who we're looking for:
Someone with solid ownership and independent thinking comfortable wearing many hats
Working knowledge of social media designing, content planning, and execution
Comfortable shooting and basic-editing content on phone (Reels/photos)
Hands-on with Canva or similar design tools A natural feel for tone and storytelling; some content/writing experience is a plus
Organized, detail-oriented, and good at follow-through
Freshers welcome; prior founder's office or content experience is a bonus, not a must
