Position: Food & Beverage Service Supervisor/ Captain/ Sr. Captain

Location: Upscale Boutique Hotel at Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West, Mumbai
Salary: Rs. 2.00 to Rs. 2.64 lakhs per annum
Qualifications: Undergraduate degree/ diploma in hotel management
Experience: Min. 5 years in F&B; service
Responsibilities
- Groom, train, mentor & manage F&B; service team
- Greet and welcome guests, providing exceptional customer service
- Ensure F&B; operations are managed smoothly, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Offer menu suggestions, answer questions, and provide information about hotel services
- Ensure cleanliness is maintained in the outlets
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
