We're Hiring : Vessel Logistics Coordinator | Fleet Personnel Department Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end logistics for crew embarkation and disembarkation across the fleet.

Act as the single point of contact for vessels, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless operational support.

Liaise with Crew Planning teams to facilitate timely and efficient crew changes.

Monitor and control budgets related to crew joining and repatriation activities for assigned vessels.

Plan Tanker, Gas, and Bulk vessel officer assignments in compliance with Oil Major Matrix requirements and charterer/client expectations.

Coordinate with global port agents to ensure smooth and efficient crew movements worldwide.

Ensure compliance with all certification, documentation, statutory, and flag-state requirements.

Administer crew disembarkation processes in accordance with applicable CBAs and company procedures, including special circumstances.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Education:



Graduate in any field from a reputed institute

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in vessel logistics, crew management, or a similar role within the shipping industry.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and other business applications.

Sound understanding of maritime regulations, crew documentation, and global crew change processes. What we offer
