Role Description The Finance Account Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts.

The Finance Account

Officer will support timely financial reporting, ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as GST, and assist in budgeting and cash flow monitoring.





Responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting audits, and contributing to the accuracy and integrity of financial data used in decision-making.

Qualifications Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to apply core concepts to day-to-day operations.

Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting in line with applicable standards.

Working knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and related compliance requirements.

Experience with accounting software, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; qualified certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) are an advantage.

Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Prior experience in banking, asset management, or NPA-related functions is beneficial.
