We are looking for a Field Technical Service Expert with 4+ years of experience in the tyre, OEM, rubber, or battery industry. The ideal candidate should have strong field exposure, experience in handling customer complaints, technical support, dealer engagement, and after-sales service activities. Responsibilities

1. Managing customer complaints and warranty-related issues.
2. Providing technical support to dealers, distributors, and end customers.
3. Conducting field visits for product inspection and issue resolution.
4. Supporting the sales team through effective after-sales service.
5. Delivering technical and product training to internal and external stakeholders.
6. Collecting market intelligence and competitor insights.
7. Generating product feedback for internal improvement initiatives.
8. Preparing MIS reports and maintaining service documentation.
9. Driving customer engagement and demand generation activities.
10. Implementing service and marketing initiatives across assigned territories.

Requirements

1. 4+ years of relevant field technical service experience.
2. Experience in tyre, OEM, rubber, battery, or automotive industries.
3. Exposure to complaint handling, warranty management, and dealer support.
4. Strong customer service and technical problem-solving skills.
5.



Experience in field operations and customer visits.
6. Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work closely with sales and service teams.
8. B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
