Overview:

The Fashion Assistant at SHR plays a critical role in supporting the fashion team by ensuring the smooth running of all administrative and creative tasks. This position is essential in contributing to the overall success of the fashion department by providing assistance across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with product research and development
- Support the team in coordinating and preparing for fashion shows and events
- Manage sample trafficking and maintain inventory
- Contribute to the creation of mood boards and trend research
- Help in the organization and maintenance of the showroom and samples
- Assist in styling for photoshoots and e-commerce
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and designers
- Conduct competitive market analysis
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and correspondence




- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop new concepts

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion or related field
- Previous experience in a fashion-related role
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative Suite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment
- Knowledge of garment construction and textiles
