We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Junior Executive to support our social media management and influencer marketing initiatives who can join our team immediately at our office at Kinfra Apparel Park, Trivandrum. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital trends, content creation, and building brand presence online.

Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management;

Assist in planning and scheduling content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement

Support daily posting and content calendar execution

Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports

Stay updated with social media trends and suggest ideas

Influencer Activation;

Identify and research relevant influencers aligned with the brand

Assist in outreach, communication, and coordination with influencers





Support campaign execution and ensure timely deliverables

Maintain influencer database and track collaborations

Monitor influencer content and campaign performance Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in social media or influencer marketing

Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms

Valuable communication and coordination skills

Creative thinking with attention to detail

Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar is a plus Preferred Skills: Basic video editing or content creation skills

Understanding of trends, reels, and viral content formats

Interest in sports, lifestyle, or digital culture (Optional)
