Key Responsibilities

Influencer Sourcing: Identify and source suitable male and female influencers, content creators, and models across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms

Creator Evaluation: Evaluate creators for brand fit based on audience relevance,

engagement metrics, and content quality

Profile Shortlisting: Share shortlisted profiles and insights to support campaign planning and decision-making

Trend Monitoring: Track digital trends and rising creators to keep the brand aligned with current social media movements

Database Management:



Maintain and update a well-structured influencer database with key creator details

Team Co-ordination: Co-ordinate internally within the team for onboarding,

communication, and timely execution of campaign deliverables

Requirements

0 - 2yearsof experience in influencer marketing or performance marketing with a focus on influencer scouting and outreach

Strongunderstandingof the influencer marketinglandscape, including platforms, trends,

and best practices

On-ground exposure or basic hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator outreach, or brand-building activities

Comfortable working in a young, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment

Educational Qualification

Bachelor s degree in marketing, business management, mass media or any other related field
