Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Commerce, or a related discipline.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in GTM, sales planning, market research, or analytics roles

Key Responsibilities

1. Stock Allocation & Demand Planning

- Support stock allocation and replenishment across Exclusive Stores based on demand forecasts and sales trends.
- Monitor stock availability to ensure optimum inventory levels.
- Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to minimize stock shortages and overstock situations.

2. Inventory Tracking & Sell-Through Management

- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly inventory movement across retail stores.
- Analyze sell-through performance and identify slow-moving or fast-moving products.
- Recommend corrective actions to improve inventory turnover and stock efficiency.

3. Sales Coordination & Distribution Management

- Coordinate with Branch Sales Managers, Retail Teams, and Warehouse to ensure timely product availability.
- Support smooth product distribution across Exclusive Stores.
- Monitor execution of stock movement plans and resolve operational bottlenecks.

4. Market Research & Consumer Insights

- Conduct market surveys to understand customer demand, buying behavior, and regional trends.
- Gather feedback from retail stores to identify emerging market opportunities.
- Share actionable insights with management for business planning.

5. Competitive & Pricing Analysis





- Track competitor product launches, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and retail initiatives.
- Prepare competitor benchmarking reports.
- Assist management in recommending pricing and promotional strategies.

6. Data Analysis & Business Insights

- Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data to identify business gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, trackers, and presentations for weekly and monthly business reviews.
- Generate actionable insights to support decision-making and retail performance improvement.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Dashboards).
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Understanding of inventory management, sales operations, and retail distribution.
- Knowledge of business reporting and data visualization.
