- Experience into GMC, GPA, GTL, Critical Illness, OPD, Wellness - OPD, annual Health check, Occupational Health, Retiral benefits- NPS , Gratuity , PF, Leave Encashment, Flexible Benefits (FBP)
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Sales and EB Products

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Employee Benefits, Wellbeing, and Consulting solutions.Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.Generate opportunities through networking, referrals, market outreach, industry events, and relationship building.
- Develop strategic relationships within the HR and Rewards community.




- Drive the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure.
- Stay informed on emerging trends within employee benefits, wellbeing, and employee experience.
- Represent EDME at HR forums, conferences, and networking events.
- Contribute to EDME's thought leadership initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills.
- Are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Have the drive to build something meaningful and grow with the organization.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

- Any Gradute / Post Graduate
