Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital marketing activities of a reputed Medical Center in Malappuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, generating patient leads, increasing brand awareness, and improving the organization's online presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase patient enquiries and brand visibility.
- Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, videos, healthcare awareness campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Plan and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Improve website traffic through SEO and content marketing.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics.
- Manage online reputation by responding to Google Reviews and social media enquiries.
- Coordinate with doctors and departments to promote medical services, health packages, and awareness campaigns.
- Create monthly content calendars and campaign schedules.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and healthcare marketing practices.

Qualifications




- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing are an advantage.

Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in Healthcare, Hospitals, Medical Centers, Clinics, Diagnostic Centers, or Wellness Industry is preferred.
