- Coordination: Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to resolve clashes and construction discrepancies.

Essential Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.

- Software: High proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Hands-on experience with load calculation tools (Carrier HAP, TRACE 700) and duct-sizing software (McQuay, Hevacomp).

- Experience: Typically 2-5 years in HVAC consulting or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) contracting firms.

- Soft Skills: Solid analytical thinking, attention to detail, and cross-functional communication.

: Develop HVAC system layouts, detailed drawings (2D/3D), load calculations, and equipment selection (chillers, AHUs, FCUs).





- Project Management: Create project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress to ensure timely completion.

- Site Supervision: Perform site visits, inspect installations, and supervise contractors to ensure compliance with design documents and safety standards.

- Technical Coordination: Work with architects, structural engineers, and clients to integrate HVAC systems with other building utilities.

- Experience with Greenfield/Brownfield projects and knowledge of HVAC systems in pharma, commercial, or residential sectors.

- Ability to estimate project costs and generate Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
