? Experience: 10+ Years About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Procurement Manager to join our Foundry Procurement Consumables team. The role will be responsible for managing the procurement of foundry raw materials, scrap, alloys, consumables, maintenance materials, CAPEX requirements, subcontracting services, and other operational procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage procurement of foundry raw materials, consumables, maintenance items, and services
✅ Lead supplier negotiations and vendor development initiatives
✅ Drive cost optimization, inventory control, and material availability
✅ Monitor market trends, pricing indices, and procurement analytics
✅ Manage procurement processes through SAP and reporting tools
✅ Establish supplier KPIs for cost, quality, delivery, sustainability, and compliance
✅ Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Global Procurement teams
What We're Looking For
✔ 10+ years of experience in Strategic Procurement, Supplier Management, and Vendor Development
✔ Engineering Degree/Diploma with relevant experience
✔ Strong expertise in SAP, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Jaggaer, and analytics tools
✔ Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
