The Deputy Manager Internal Audit will support the planning and delivery of internal audits across Company’s manufacturing operations. The role calls for sound accounting judgement, curiosity about business processes, confidence in working with stakeholders, and readiness to travel for assignments across India.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Support the Team Lead in preparing the annual audit plan, audit programmes and audit reports.

- Understand business processes and identify control gaps, risks and practical opportunities for mitigation.

- Execute internal audits for manufacturing operations in line with approved scope, methodology and timelines.

- Document observations clearly, develop well-supported audit reports and follow through on agreed actions.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders, building productive relationships while maintaining audit independence.

- Manage audit assignments with strong ownership of quality, timelines and skilled communication.

- Undertake travel-based audit assignments across the country as required by the audit plan.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED





- A fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0–2 years of experience; fresh CAs are welcome to apply.

- CA final completed within three attempts. Candidates who took more than three attempts to qualify are not eligible for this role.

- CA Inter-qualified or ICWA-qualified candidates are not eligible for this position.

- Strong communication skills, structured thinking and the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders.

- An appetite to learn quickly in a manufacturing environment and willingness to travel for audit assignments.

- Availability to join at the earliest will be an advantage.
