Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and book closure for real estate projects
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for projects and business units
- Monitor project costs, revenues, cash flows, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Ind AS, GST, Income Tax, RERA, and other applicable regulations
- Coordinate and manage statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and group audits
- Oversee direct and indirect taxation, including GST returns, TDS, and income tax filings
- Strengthen and maintain internal controls, SOPs, and governance frameworks
- Support management with financial analysis, feasibility studies, and decision support
- Review contracts, agreements,



and commercial terms from a finance and risk perspective
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- MBA (Finance) – Preferred

Experience
- 12–18 years of post-qualification experience
- Prior experience in real estate, infrastructure, construction, or large corporate environments
- Robust exposure to project accounting and multi-entity operations
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
