Tobbo is building a next-generation consumer social platform focused on helping people understand what others genuinely think before making decisions. We’re an early-stage startup building from the ground up, and we’re looking for people who enjoy creating, experimenting, and building products that millions of people could use.

Important: This is not a traditional SEO, SMO, performance marketing, or ad operations role.

We’re looking for a creative marketer who understands internet culture, social media, Gen Z behavior, AI tools, and how brands become conversations.

What You’ll Do

Think of creative marketing campaigns that people genuinely want to participate in.

Create and execute Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, memes, posts, stories, and launch content.

Manage and grow Tobbo’s social media presence across platforms.

Use AI tools to generate videos, images, captions, scripts, thumbnails, and creative assets.

Identify trends early and adapt them to fit the Tobbo brand.

Brainstorm viral content ideas with the founding team.

Build launch campaigns, college campaigns, referral ideas, and community initiatives.

Collaborate with creators, ambassadors, and communities to increase awareness.

Experiment constantly, analyze what works, and improve future campaigns.

Understand what captures attention and starts conversations.

Can use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Runway, or similar tools to create content faster.

Are curious, proactive, and willing to experiment.

Can work closely with founders in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to Have

Experience managing Instagram or YouTube pages.

Experience creating viral or high-engagement content.

Experience working with influencers or creator communities.

Basic video editing and design skills.

Experience using analytics to improve content performance.

Your experience is mainly paid advertising or performance marketing.

You’re looking for a structured corporate marketing role.
