- Manager - Sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive revenue and occupancy targets
- Generate leads through IPCs, brokers, local networks, referrals, and online platforms
- Manage the full sales cycle — tours, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, existing members, broker partners, and local

business communities
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, sales pipelines, forecasts, and weekly reports
- Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the ecosystem

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 6+ years of sales experience, preferably in the co-working industry

- Strong communication skills
- Robust negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle basic centre coordination independently

Location: Gurgaon Pay:



Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year
