Role Description The Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a central role in building and scaling InnoVibe Mobility’s operations in India. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in India.

Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing operational strategy, supervising service delivery for electric vehicles at customer locations and on the road, and ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and customer experience. The COO will manage cross-functional teams, optimize processes and resources, and implement performance metrics to support growth. This role also involves collaborating closely with other founders on business planning, partnerships, compliance,



budgeting, and long-term organizational development.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in operations leadership, preferably in automotive, electric vehicles, mobility, or related service industries.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and optimize processes for field services, customer support, and service delivery.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, business scaling, and organizational development.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis.
- Excellent people management skills, including team building, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work on-site in India and lead operations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making and use of digital tools to monitor operations and customer experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in startup or early-stage company environments and a solid entrepreneurial mindset.
- Commitment to sustainability, safety, and continuous improvement in products and services.
