We are looking for a Civil Lawyer to join our growing real estate team.
Experience
- Fresher to 1 year
Key Responsibilities
- Verification of land documents from Encumbrance Certificate (EC) to Sale Deed Registration
- Title verification and legal due diligence
- Knowledge of mutation, RoR, land records, and related documentation
- Understanding of RERA approvals and real estate compliance
- Coordination with government offices, advocates, developers, and clients
- Drafting and reviewing legal agreements related to real estate transactions
Requirements
✔ LL.B. (Freshers are welcome)
✔ Basic knowledge of Odisha land laws and property documentation
✔ Positive drafting and communication skills
✔ Attention to detail and willingness to learn
