Position: Chief Executive Officer

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement long-term business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Lead overall operations including manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and finance
- Expand market presence in textile chemical segments (processing, dyeing, finishing chemicals)
- Build robust relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and global partners
- Drive innovation in product development and sustainable chemical solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost optimization initiatives
- Lead and mentor senior leadership team for high performance
- Identify new business opportunities, mergers, or strategic alliances




- Represent the company in industry forums and business networks

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of textile processing chemicals and industry trends
- Proven track record in business growth and P&L; management
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills
- Experience in international markets/export business preferred

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech - Chemical/Textile + MBA

Salary :- Upto 80.00 LPA
