About the Role:

Provide Mentorship to Novatr Students: Provide Novatr learners mentorship, guidance, and motivation to identify the best career paths for them, and to run the marathon that is career building. Ensure that learner expectations are set from the word go

? Facilitating Career Transitions Career Growth: Identify Novatr learners that align with hiring partner requirements, facilitate their career transition journey end to end

? Career Assistance: Be the main point of contact for learners as they enter their career transition phase,



helping them prepare for placements and coordinating with all internal teams.

? Build Partner Relationships: Nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring a seamless experience from prospect to loyal learner.

? Career Development Sessions: Conduct sessions on career development

? Product Improvement: Suggest improvements based on data analysis and define new performance metrics.
