Business Intelligence (BI) Manager / Lead

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

- Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end BI and data projects from requirements

gathering to final delivery
- Team Management: Lead and mentor of an offshore BI team; ensure alignment, quality,

and timely execution
- Data Integrity: Oversee data validation, quality checks, and governance to maintain

reliable reporting
- Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and

performance reports
- Pipeline Coordination: Collaborate with ETL and engineering teams to support and

optimize data pipelines
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business teams to define KPIs, translate needs,

and communicate updates
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process enhancements and drive best practices

across BI operations

Required Qualifications





- 8+ years in BI, analytics, or data management roles
- 3+ years in a leadership or managerial BI position
- Robust project management experience in data/BI initiatives
- Proven Tableau expertise (hands-on dashboard development and optimization)
- High SQL proficiency (complex joins, transformations)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, templates)
- Solid understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data governance
- Strong Business Requirements Documentation skills
- Bachelors degree in business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
- High English proficiency (reading, writing, communication)
