- Business Partnering:
- Collaborate with multiple divisions and other teams to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.
- Support pricing, product launch, and investment decisions with financial models and scenario analysis.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;):
- Drive the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Perform variance analysis, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Management Reporting:
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
- Provide commentary on business performance, key metrics (e.g., EBITDA, gross margin), and KPIs.
- Cost Control & Optimization:
- Monitor manufacturing, R&D;, and operating costs; identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct ROI analysis on key projects, CAPEX, and strategic initiatives.
- Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors as needed.
