The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving recent business growth, building and nurturing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role primarily focuses on engaging with Architects, Interior Designers, and other strategic clients while ensuring a seamless customer experience from lead generation to project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, map, and develop new business opportunities within the target market.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, and key strategic clients by providing ongoing support, product information, and professional guidance.

- Collaborate with the Sales Coordinator to share client requirements and facilitate timely proposal preparation.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.

- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing accounts.

- Coordinate with backend and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from lead generation through execution and post-sales support.





- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurately track opportunities, and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

- Keep CRM and sales records updated, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

- 2-5 years of B2B sales experience in relevant industries such as paints, lighting, veneers, sanitaryware, building materials, or related segments.

- Proven experience working with Architects, Interior Designers, and other specification-driven clients.

- Strong sales acumen with excellent customer relationship management skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and other sales management tools.

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

- Must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for local travel.
