About the Company

We are one of India's oldest Non-Scheduled Operator Permit (NSOP) holders, providing specialized aviation operations management services to State Governments and Public Sector Enterprises.

For over two decades, we have partnered with Government organizations to manage VIP/VVIP aircraft operations while ensuring complete regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who has sold at the levels of Principal Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary, Chief Secretary (At State Government) and Joint Secretary, Additional Secretary, Secretary (At Central Government) technology solutions, IT infrastructure, system integration, or managed services to state governments or CPSEs and is looking for a high-ownership role in a niche, growing company.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop business opportunities across State Governments and Public Sector Enterprises.
- Build relationships with Principal Secretaries, IAS Officers, Directors, Joint Secretaries, Additional Secretaries, Secretaries and other senior Government stakeholders.




- Consultative selling to non-technical decision-makers (IAS officers are administrative generalists, similar to IT decision-makers in government)
- Conduct consultative presentations and business meetings with decision-makers.
- Identify new Government projects and upcoming tender opportunities.
- Support proposal preparation, concept notes and tender documentation.
- Understand Government procurement processes including GeM and CPP Portal.
- Work closely with leadership to drive business growth.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM.
- Travel extensively across India.

Who Should Apply? We are looking for candidates who:

- Have a genuine passion for aviation (highly preferred).
- Have experience in Government Business Development, B2G Sales, Institutional Sales, Public Sector Sales, Government Liaison, Defence Sales, Infrastructure Sales or Strategic Account Management.
- Can confidently engage senior Government officials.
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Are willing to travel extensively across India.
