✔ 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst
✔ Minimum 2+ years of experience on Salesforce CRM projects
✔ Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
✔ Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and business process modeling
✔ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
