Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute brand strategy for skincare and haircare portfolios.
- Own brand P&L; and ensure strong ROI on marketing investments.
- Plan, monitor, and optimize digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Track campaign performance using ROI, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and other key KPIs.
- Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis.
- Drive new product launches from concept to commercialization.
- Coordinate with R&D;, product development, sales, creative, and digital marketing teams.
- Manage brand positioning, communication, packaging, and pricing strategies.
- Work closely with e-commerce platforms, up-to-date trade, and distribution partners.
- Build annual marketing calendars and manage brand budgets.
- Lead influencer marketing, PR, social media, and brand activation initiatives.




- Prepare monthly business reviews and recommend growth strategies.

Required Skills

- 5–10years of experience in the skincare, haircare, cosmetics, or beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of brand management and consumer marketing.
- Proven experience in ROI-driven marketing and campaign optimization.
- Expertise in product launch planning and go-to-market strategy.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with e-commerce and digital marketing platforms is preferred.
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
