About Housiey Reserves

Housiey Reserves is the Home Loan vertical of Housiey, created to offer seamless financing solutions to our customers.

This vertical will cater to all customers who have booked a property or completed a site visit through Housiey, ensuring they receive end-to-end home loan assistance from leading banks and NBFCs.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head Home Loans (DSA)



to establish, lead, and scale this high-growth business vertical.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and lead the Housiey Reserves team from the ground up.
- Design and implement operational processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Develop scalable business strategies to drive growth and operational excellence.
- Establish and strengthen partnerships with leading Banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
- Drive home loan sourcing and conversion through effective sales processes.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets and ensure their achievement.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage high-performing sales and operations teams.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with lender guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to maximize customer conversion and enhance customer experience.
