Role Description The Associate Professor of Human Resource Management will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, seminars, and tutorials at the postgraduate and undergraduate levels, with an emphasis on contemporary HRM practices and research. The role involves designing and updating curricula, developing course materials, and aligning teaching content with industry trends and academic standards.

The Associate

Professor will supervise student projects and dissertations, mentor learners, and contribute to their overall academic and professional development.

Responsibilities also include conducting and publishing research in reputable journals, participating in academic committees,



contributing to accreditation processes, and engaging with industry partners for collaborations, internships, and guest lectures. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Amity University's Hyderabad campus, requiring active participation in departmental activities, faculty meetings, and university initiatives.

Qualifications

- Advanced academic qualifications in Human Resource Management or a closely related discipline (preferably PhD), with a solid record of teaching and research in HRM.

- Expertise in core HR domains such as talent management, organizational behavior, strategic HRM, performance management, and labor laws.

- Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and use of modern pedagogical methods and educational technologies.

- Proven research capabilities, including peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations, and participation in funded research projects.

- Strong communication, presentation, and academic writing skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners and foster an inclusive classroom environment.

- Experience in industry collaboration, consulting, or executive education in HRM, and ability to integrate practical insights into teaching.

- Commitment to student mentoring, academic integrity, and institutional values, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary faculty team.

- Prior experience at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent, and eligibility as per relevant regulatory and accreditation norms.
