Key Responsibilities:

Analyze PE Funds performance by going throughfund literature such as quarterly/financial reports

Capturing fund valuation data such asinvestment cost, realized / unrealized value, gross / net multiple, gross / netIRR and financial KPIs such as revenue, EBITDA, net debt etc.

Tracking the performance of operational KPIsand operational updates on quarterly basis

Creating / updating fund track record andreconciling the data using cash flow notices

Working around templates, including updatingon quarterly basis and making desired changes

Calculating fund multiples and IRRs using cashflows and performing various fund analytics such as attribution and valuecreation analysis

Manage the client library task such asportfolio company details, fund financial statements and capital notices

Reconciling the portfolio level operationaldata including geographical presence, headquarter and portfolio leverage

Ensure maintenance of all output reports anddashboards so that the submitted data flows through seamlessly

Modify and maintain all templates and reportsas per requirement

Settingup access for client users and sending periodical templates to portfoliocompanies to collect the monthly / quarterly data





Key Competencies:

Experience in and around

- `Private equity/ Valuations/ Financial Statement Analysis `
- `Basic knowledge and understanding of PrivateEquity, Fund of Funds and Financial Services Industry (FSI) trends `

MBA in Finance, Economics or Business management / CFA Strong analytical, communication (written/verbal) andclient engaging skills

Robust knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced,deadline-driven environment

Ability to develop and maintain lasting relationshipswith senior professionals; good interpersonal skills; goal-oriented

Ability to be a team player and contribute to thedevelopment of the team

Strong work ethics, commitment to excel and provenability to work with minimum supervision

Previousexperience in a similar role will be an added advantage
