We are looking for a talented and creative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing residential and commercial projects, preparing detailed architectural drawings, and coordinating with project teams to ensure successful execution from concept to completion.

Role & responsibilities

- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
- Design and develop residential and commercial building projects.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved designs and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Design and develop architectural plans and projects.
- Develop architectural designs for residential and commercial projects, including working drawings and interior designing.




- Review drawings and resolve design-related issues during project execution.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, and to the required quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Solid knowledge of architectural principles and practices.
- Excellent design and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in relevant software and technologies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.).
- 38 years of experience in residential and commercial architectural projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, and MS Office.
