Job Title: Head of Delivery

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: Onsite

About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished Head of Delivery to lead the complete customer delivery organization for a rapidly growing global SaaS business.

The role involves owning the entire customer lifecycle—from pre-sales engagement and solution demonstrations to implementation, customer onboarding, customer success, technical support, and managed services.

You will work closely with Sales, Product, Technology, and Executive Leadership while managing global delivery teams across multiple countries and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Delivery Leadership

- Own complete customer delivery lifecycle
- Lead pre-sales demos and Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
- Drive onboarding and implementation programs
- Ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines
- Improve customer satisfaction and long-term retention
- Deliver exceptional customer experience across enterprise accounts





Customer Success & Support

- Lead Customer Success teams
- Oversee Technical Support operations
- Improve product adoption
- Reduce customer escalations
- Ensure SLA compliance
- Enhance customer engagement throughout the lifecycle

Managed Services Leadership

- Own Managed Services business
- Drive revenue growth
- Manage P&L; responsibilities
