Job Title: AI Engineer (Vision AI & Manufacturing Solutions)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer to develop, deploy, and optimize AI-powered solutions for smart manufacturing. The ideal candidate will work on Vision AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and RPA projects to improve production efficiency, quality inspection, and business automation across domestic and overseas manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, train, and optimize Vision AI and Machine Learning models for manufacturing applications.
- Collect image and process data, perform data preprocessing, and prepare high-quality training datasets.
- Design and implement AI-powered automation solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and RPA technologies.
- Develop AI APIs and integrate AI models with enterprise systems such as MES, ERP, PLM, and other internal applications.
- Identify AI use cases and support AI project implementation across manufacturing plants.
- Monitor AI model performance and continuously improve model accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with production, quality, engineering, and IT teams to understand business requirements.
- Troubleshoot AI applications and provide operational support after deployment.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow software development best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
