About- National Institute of Technology, Warangal, formerly Regional Engineering College, was established in 1959.

Eligibility/Qualification– Ph. D in CIVIL / M.Tech. with specialization in Environmental Engineering/Structural Engineering/Geotechnical Engineering/Remote Sensing and GIS/equivalent with First class) and B. Tech. in Civil Engineering with First class. First class is mandatory both at M. Tech and B.Tech. M.Tech. Shall be from reputed institution of national importance.

Job/Position Description- AD-HOC FACULTY POSITIONS FOR THE EVEN SEMESTER OF ACADEMIC YEAR 2022-23 (IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT)



Applications are invited for Ad-hoc Faculty positions purely on temporary basis in the DEPARTMENT OF CIVIL ENGINEERING (CED) of NIT, Warangal.

Pay package (Consolidated): Rs. 60,000/- per month for Ph. D. holders and Rs. 50,000/per month for Ph. D. (submitted) or M. Tech holders. Once the Ph. D is awarded, Rs.60,000/- per month will be paid. Initially, the appointment will be made for one semester and based on the performance, it will likely be extended to one more semester.

on or before 8th January 2023 by 05:00 P.M. Names of the short-listed candidates will be displayed on the Institute website by 10th January 2023, and interview will be conducted offline on

18th January 2023 (09:00 A.M. onwards) in the Office of the Head of the Department, Department of Civil Engineering, NIT Warangal. Selected candidates are required to join immediately.

No TA/ DA will be paid to the candidates for attending the interview.
