Manager – B2C & Marketplaces Department: Finance & Accounts Reports To: Finance Controller / CFO

Experience: 8-12 years

Qualification: CA / CMA preferred (MBA – Finance / CA Final / M.Com with relevant experience can also be considered) Role Summary

Own end-to-end accounting and reconciliation for the company's B2C sales channels — own website, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra and other portals — ensuring accurate revenue recognition, timely settlement reconciliation, and clean month-end closure. Key Responsibilities

Manage accounting for all B2C sales channels and ensure accurate, timely revenue recording

Review and reconcile settlements, receivables, returns, commissions, advertisement charges and shipping charges for each marketplace

Own status mapping and closing balance reconciliation against each platform's running account

Monitor discrepancy claims and drive timely resolution and recovery

Ensure timely month-end closure and preparation of accounting schedules

Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Treasury and Compliance for smooth financial operations





Lead and mentor the B2C accounting team, including the reconciliation data analyst

Drive process improvements and automation to reduce manual reconciliation effort

Working Location: 2nd & 4th sat Off+ All Sun Off Key Skills

Strong understanding of e-commerce/marketplace revenue accounting and reconciliation mechanics

Working familiarity with marketplace seller panels (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.) and their settlement reports

Advanced Excel; ERP/Tally required

Understanding of TCS under Section 52 and its reconciliation against GSTR-8

Solid analytical, leadership and problem-solving ability Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Settlement reconciliation completed within defined TAT

Claims recovery %

Reduction in unreconciled balances

Month-end closure within defined timelines
