About the Role

VITA Kitchen LLP is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Account Manager to independently lead and manage the complete Accounts & Finance Department. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in core accounting, statutory compliance, financial planning, budgeting, taxation, and reporting while taking complete ownership of the finance function.

This role is ideal for a finance professional who is confident in handling the entire accounting department independently and contributing to strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage the complete Accounts & Finance Department.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Generate MIS reports and provide financial analysis to management.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and working capital.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and all statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and government authorities.
- Monitor receivables, payables, inventory valuation, and financial controls.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and continuously improve accounting processes.




- Support management with financial insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Accounting & Finance.
- Strong expertise in Core Accounting & Financial Management.
- Ability to independently manage and take complete ownership of the entire Accounts & Finance Department.
- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliances, and other statutory regulations.
- Hands-on experience in financial reporting, finalization of accounts, budgeting, cash flow management, and MIS.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Advanced Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, accountability, and ownership.

Compensation
