We are hiring an experienced Account Executive to drive sales for Enkept HRMS. The role requires strong knowledge of HRMS products and excellent in product demos and prospect handling.

The exceptional ability to understand customer requirements, manage the sales cycle, and close deals is non-negotoable. If you have hands-on HRMS sales experience and can independently generate and close business, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Location: Noida Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential customers for Enkept HRMS.

Conduct product demonstrations for HR and business stakeholders.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HRMS modules.

Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to closure.

Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and follow up with prospects.

Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records.

Coordinate with product and implementation teams during customer onboarding.

Build long-term relationships for renewals, cross-selling, and referrals.



Must-Have Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in HRMS product demonstrations and sales.

Strong understanding of HRMS modules such as Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Performance Management, Recruitment, and Employee Lifecycle.

Proven experience in meeting sales targets and closing B2B deals.

Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Ability to understand customer pain points and provide solution-oriented demonstrations. Preferred

Existing network among HR leaders and business decision-makers.

Experience selling HRMS to mid-sized companies, enterprises, or government organizations.

Familiarity with CRM and structured sales pipeline management. Positive to have

Prospect list building experinece for ICP

Reachout & generate leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
