About the Role:

We are looking for a highly disciplined and energetic HR Manager to join Aaryan Devcon – one of Maharashtra’s fastest-growing high-end bungalow construction companies, now entering a high-growth phase.

This role is not for the faint-hearted. You’ll be required to bring order, efficiency, and control to a rapidly expanding team, ensure strict discipline across 30+ construction sites, and implement HR systems that run like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and manage labor, site staff, and office teams.
- Implement and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and compliance protocols.
- Maintain strict attendance and punctuality records across all departments.
- Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Coordinate with General Managers, Project Managers, and Operations Teams.
- Oversee payroll, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Lead manpower planning for upcoming projects and rapid company expansion.
- Set up strong internal systems for documentation,



leave tracking, and labor admin.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure.
- Must have handled large teams and site-based operations.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and HRMS tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Ability to lead with discipline but also foster a growth-oriented culture.
