Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Provide detailed product information and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage product displays and ensure the store's visual standards are met.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Participate in inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with the team for promotional activities and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. No prior experience is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field. Candidates with a diploma in retail management or related fields will have an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen interest in fashion and jewelry.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
