Position: Sales & Marketing Executive – Modular Kitchens & Architectural Profiles

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

1. Sales Generation

- Generate monthly sales as per assigned targets.
- Develop current business through architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and direct customers.
- Convert leads into confirmed orders.

2. Business Development

- Identify new market opportunities.
- Conduct field visits for customer acquisition.
- Expand dealer and channel partner network.

3. Customer Relationship Management

- Build long-term relationships with architects, designers, and existing customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.

4. Marketing Activities

- Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.




- Participate in exhibitions and networking events.

5. Reporting

- Maintain daily visit reports.
- Update CRM regularly.
- Submit weekly sales pipeline and forecast reports.

6. Coordination

- Coordinate with designers, operations, and installation teams.
- Ensure timely execution of customer orders.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
