Job Description – Site Supervisor (Civil)

Position: Site Supervisor (Civil)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site activities related to land development and infrastructure works.
- Monitor execution of layout development works such as roads, drainage, water supply, sewerage, electrification, and other utilities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams for smooth site operations.
- Verify measurements and monitor material usage at site.
- Report daily work progress, site issues, and delays to the reporting manager.
- Assist in maintaining quality standards and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
- Conduct routine site inspections and identify execution-related issues.
- Follow up on material requirements and coordinate with the procurement team when required.
- Maintain basic site records, work reports, and documentation.
- Support senior engineers in project execution and completion activities.




- Handle any site-related responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager or senior management.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 1–3 years of site supervision experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of land development and layout infrastructure works.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and site layouts.
- Familiarity with site measurement, quality checks, and construction practices.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites and manage field activities.
