Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of 100–300 assigned clients — proactive outreach, relationship maintenance, and annual financial reviews.
- Conduct structured portfolio review calls and meetings, presenting performance summaries and recommending suitable rebalancing.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities — additional SIPs, goal-based investments, and recent product categories.
- Track and reduce client attrition — flag at-risk clients early and take corrective action.
- Coordinate with the operations team for seamless transaction execution post-client instruction.
- Maintain detailed call logs and follow-up records in CRM; ensure 100% touchpoint coverage for the assigned book.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
