Before You Apply, Please Ensure You:

· Have at least 1 year of proven sales experience.

· Preferably have experience in luxury, premium retail, fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, or high-end brands.

· Are comfortable working full-time from our store at Bandra, Mumbai (No Remote/Hybrid).

· Are comfortable with a target-based sales role involving:

o Cold calling

o WhatsApp Business selling & broadcast campaigns

o Customer follow-ups

· Are comfortable handling both retail store sales and backend sales activities.

· Have excellent communication and customer relationship-building skills.

· Can join immediately or have a short notice period.

· Have all employment and educational documents available for verification if shortlisted.

· Are comfortable using CRM software and/or Excel for lead management.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Luxury Sales Associate to join our team in Bandra, Mumbai.

This role combines retail store sales with backend sales, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy both face-to-face customer interaction and proactive customer engagement.

You will assist walk-in customers while also driving revenue through outbound calling, WhatsApp selling, customer follow-ups, and broadcast campaigns.



This is a performance-driven role with attractive incentives for high achievers.

Location: Bandra, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: In office (No Remote Work)

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Incentives: Attractive Performance Incentives

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred or maximum one month

Required Qualifications

Mandatory

· Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience.

· Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

· Comfortable with sales targets and performance-based incentives.

· Experience in cold calling and customer follow-ups.

· Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business.

· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

· Self-motivated, confident, and sales-driven.

Preferred

Experience in any of the following industries:

· High-End Watches & Jewellery

· Premium Lifestyle Brands

· High-End Fashion Retail

· Experience handling elite customers and high-value products will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience





· Deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience to walk-in customers.

· Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

· Build long-term relationships with premium customers.

· Convert inquiries into successful sales while maintaining excellent customer service.

· Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs consistently.

Backend Sales

· Generate sales through outbound cold calling.

· Manage customer engagement via WhatsApp Business.

· Conduct regular customer follow-ups and broadcast campaigns.

· Maintain detailed customer records using CRM or Excel.

Store Operations

· Act as Store In-Charge and oversee daily store operations.

· Maintain luxury visual merchandising standards.

· Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy.

· Handle billing, invoicing, POS transactions, and order processing.

· Coordinate packing, dispatches, and timely order fulfillment.

· Support and supervise store staff to ensure smooth operations.

Brand Representation

· Maintain high standards of professionalism and grooming.

· Stay updated on luxury fashion trends, products, and brand standards.

· Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with the brand image.
