Roles & Responsibility

 Lead the creative direction and design execution for all menswear and womenswear collections.
 Manage and mentor a team of apparel designers, assistants, and freelancers.
 Translate brand vision and trend research into sustainable, market-relevant seasonal collections.

 Develop cohesive line plans, tech packs, and sketches using industry-standard tools.
 Collaborate with product development, sourcing, and sustainability teams to ensure feasibility, cost-efficiency, and ecological integrity of all designs.
 Conduct fabric and trim research with a focus on eco-friendly materials and processes.
 Present concepts, mood boards, and design narratives to internal stakeholders and leadership.
 Oversee fittings, prototyping, and design revisions to meet quality and fit standards.



 Ensure brand consistency and sustainable design practices across all product categories

Requirements

 Good years of experience in fashion/apparel design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.  Proven experience designing both menswear and womenswear.  Robust portfolio demonstrating original designs, technical understanding, and commercial appeal.  In-depth knowledge of garment construction, pattern-making, and sustainable materials.  Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and design software such as CLO 3D or similar.  Passionate about sustainability, circular fashion, and ethical manufacturing.  Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.  Strong understanding of trend forecasting, color theory, and textile innovation.
